Herald, February 9, 1998Howard Lake police officer Richard Lammers responded to an assault in the Tom Thumb parking lot at approximately 10:45 p.m. Jan. 31, according to a spokesperson for the Howard Lake Police Department.
Three or four adult suspects assaulted a local, male resident. He was transported to the Buffalo Hospital by the Howard Lake Ambulance.
He suffered from a minor concussion, cuts, and bruises. The investigation is ongoing.
