Body found at home near New Germany Carver County Sheriff's deputies and the New Germany Fire Department were called on Wednesday to a home at 5725 County Road 33, just south of the Hollywood Ranch House. Upon arrival, the fire department extinguished a fire in the house and removed several burning rugs from the house. The fire department also recovered a can, which indicated that the fire might have been intentionally ignited. While the deputies were in the process of setting up a crime scene perimeter with yellow tape, they discovered the body of Kenneth Felt, Jr., 29. The case is under investigation but no foul play is suspected. The Carver County Sheriff's Department, Minnesota State Fire Marshal's office, and the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension are conducting the investigation.
