Winsted to raise pay to attract administrator By MAGGIE SCHUETTE-VOSS Winsted City Council agreed to raise the pay for a city administrator and again advertise for applicants. This is after only two people applied for the administrator position the first time around. Tuesday, the council agreed to increase the salary range to $40,000 to $50,000 per year plus benefits. Advertising of the position will be placed in several magazines and the Star Tribune.
