Montgomery named conference FB coach of year
George Montgomery, Howard Lake-Waverly-Winsted varsity football coach was named Central Minnesota Conference's co-coach of the year, along with Holdingford's coach.
HLWW finished its regular season at 5-3, the most wins for a Laker team since 1974. The team also went on to win its first playoff game at home, a school first.
