Four drug arrests in Howard Lake The Wright County Drug Task Force made a drug bust in Howard Lake March 10. Samuel Cruz, 38, of Winthrop and Alfredo Lopez, 24, of Hutchinson were cited for possession of marijuana and released. Juan Francisco Coronado, 23, of Cokato, and Andrew Ramirez, 24, of Litchfield, were arrested for possession of methamphetamine, according to Hozempa. He said that agents of the Wright County Drug Task Force witnessed a rear seat passenger in a vehicle ingesting a controlled substance. The vehicle was followed into the Dura Supreme parking lot in Howard Lake, Hozempa said. Ramirez was transported to Buffalo Hospital and later taken to Hennepin County Medical Center after swallowing the narcotics in his possession in an attempt to elude arrest.
