Grages, Schwendemann win Lester Cup Club awards

Lester Building Systems, Lester Prairie, recognized its top-performing area sales managers and territory sales managers recently with the coveted annual Cup Club award. In addition, at least one non-sales winner is selected each year for this award.

Territory sales manager Lannie Grages and engineering services technician Larry Schwendemann, both of Glencoe, were two of thosechosen as 1998 Cup Club winners.

Grages, a seven-time winner, was one of 11 territory managers vying for the award.

Schwendemann was selected from a pool of 48 associates who had won individual President's Awards, an award based on peer nominations for outstanding performance.

This year's Cup Club winners received a garnet ring (a diamond is added for each additional year they win), a framed certificate and an all-expense paid 4-day trip to San Francisco and Napa Valley, Calif. in April 1999.

In addition, their names are added to a plaque kept at the company's headquarters in Lester Prairie, Minn. Cup Club is the highest honor bestowed on Lester associates each year.
