Prairie Farm listed as one of 10 great bed and breakfastsThe Prairie Farm Bed and Breakfast was listed in Minnesota Monthly magazine as one of the best places to rise and shine. Prairie Farm was listed in the magazine's "8th Annual Guide to Bed and Breakfasts" in Minnesota in the October issue. The review reads, "You won't find whirlpools and fancy accoutrements here, and you may have to share a bathroom, but you will find beautifully decorated rooms, heavenly four-poster beds, and the peace and quiet you just can't find in a city." The review also commends innkeeper Carol Benoy for her cooking, including blueberry pancakes, eggs any way, bacon and fruit. The owners of the Prairie Farm Bed & Breakfast are Norma Hayer Doliff, and her sister, Doris Huepenbecker. Minnesota Monthly is published on behalf of Minnesota Public Radio, and is sent to members of the station, as well as subscribers. |
