Schrupp wins MQHRA awards

Howard Lake resident Lowell Schrupp received four awards recently from the Minnesota Quarter Horse Racing Association (MQHRA) during its annual awards banquet at Canterbury Park in Shakopee, Minn.

Schrupp's stallion, Luckys Tiny Bit, is the winner of the 1998 Minnesota Stallion Breeders Race Futurity.

Schrupp received a trophy as owner of Lucks Lucky, the sire of the futurity winner; as well as trophies, based on AQHA points earned in 1998, for champion Minnesota bred two year-old, Luckys Tiny Bit; champion Minnesota bred three year-old, Pat My Little Bit; and 1998 Highpoint Minnesota Bred Champion Race Horse, Luckys Tiny Bit.

Schrupp's winning horses are trained by Vic Hanson.
