Machemehl new partner at Waconia Building Center

Gregg Machemehl of Lester Prairie (left) recently joined
Rawelin Radtke, also of Lester Prairie, as an owner of the Waconia Building
Center.

Former partner Gary Schlechter will remain on staff as
general manager of the lumber yard. Radtke became an owner of the building
center in 1996. Machemehl, who brings 15 years of experience in the building
industry to the business, specializes in post frame construction.

The partners are also moving forward on another business
venture in the industry – RAM Buildings, Inc., which will specialize in
post frame commercial and agricultural buildings. RAM will also include
a residential division, Kimberly Homes, which will focus on new home construction.

Waconia Building Center, located at 564 S. Olive St. in
Waconia, is a full-service lumber yard providing building materials and
service to the area since 1940.
