Shane Colberg is excited to be working in his hometown of Dassel with his new chiropractic center now open in the old medical center building.

Charger Chiropractic officially opened last week in a location Colberg is satisfied with.

“Since it was used as a health center, it is a great space, and ready to move into,” he said.

The space allows him to bring in more staff including a massage therapist and possibly a homeopath specializing in natural healing, according to Colberg.

Along with his practice, Colberg is selling natural products including vitamins, minerals, and supplements. He also has therapeutic equipment like exercise balls, pillows and muscle strengthening equipment.

Colberg graduated in 2003 from Northwestern Health and Science University and previously worked at Cokato Chiropractic Center.

He practices natural health care for the entire family, treating a wide range of conditions from muscle and joint issues to ear infections.

“What is unique about my practice is each patient can expect 15 to 20 minutes of hands-on work,”Colberg said.

Colberg spends a lot of time with his patients with stretching and muscle work. Soon, he will also be offering ultrasounds and electric muscle stimulation, Colberg said.

What he enjoys most about his practice is the satisfaction he receives from helping others.

“It’s nice when people come back and tell you how good they feel. In that way, chiropractic is very rewarding,” he said.

Colberg is open by appointment at (320) 275-2000.
