Benefit for Shelly Wagner

There is a benefit planned for Shelly Wagner, Cokato, who died Wednesday due to injuries from a car crash at the age of 42.

Wagner was involved in a two-car crash along Highway 7 June 6. She leaves behind her husband Mark, and three kids, Calvin, 12; Anna, 7; and Bethany, 4.

She worked at Alongside Services, Inc., as a mentor working with developmentally disabled adults.

The benefit will be Saturday, July 21 from 3 to 7 p.m. at Cokato Elementary. All proceeds from the benefit will go to her husband and kids. A fund is also set up at State Bank of Cokato in the Mark and Shelly Wagner Memorial Fund for anyone interested in making a donation.
