‘Freedom’ is never free

Freedom is a great heritage of our land.

On The Forth of July, we emphasize the importance and principles of our American flag.

The American flag has three important colors that signify courage, values, and morals as we pay homage to our country.

The three important colors are red, white, and blue. Red stands for blood, war, and courage; white stands for purity; blue stands for justice and freedom for all.

A flag is never better displayed than when a strong wind blows the flag to its full, unfurled, and all the stars and all the stripes are visible. The 50 stars and 13 stripes represent it all.

The dreams of our forefathers were built with blood and tears. Their boldness and courage meant to keep this country standing strong throughout the many years.

The word, “freedom,” gives each and every one of us the opportunity of. Freedom of worship, freedom of speech, freedom from want, and freedom from fear.

The bottom line is, “True freedom is found in Jesus Christ.”

This country was founded by great people. They stood for what was right. They didn’t ignore, or take for granted God’s handiwork, or turn their heads to look the other way.

Just a stroke of liberty and a touch of His great hand has helped this country stand.

Our freedom has never been free; those with courage have protected us day and night.

We should pause for a moment and think about those who have lost their lives trying to keep our country free.

We should be grateful to those who are defending us each and every day. The military is as strong as the flag itself, for the giving of themselves, to fight for our country and its freedom.
