DELANO, MN – Guns and roses will soon be plentiful in Delano with the Delano Area Chamber of Commerce’s “How the West Was One” celebration Saturday, Feb. 14 at the Delano American Legion.

Featuring an all-you-can-eat buffet by Red’s Cafe of Montrose, and live music by American Roadhouse, there are a limited number of tickets remaining for the event.

Due to a medical condition with one of the members of Westbound, the original band booked to play at the celebration, the band had to cancel, and the group American Roadhouse has been tapped to play for the event.

American Roadhouse is a Twin Cities-based band and plays a variety of different music including classic rock, honky tonk, country and blues, and Americana.

The band features guitarist/vocalist Troy Allen, bass guitarist/vocalist Pat Domeier, lead guitarist/vocalist Paul Raymond, and drummer/vocalist Ron Szybatka.

Tickets are $15 per person or $25 per couple and are available at Crow River State Bank, State Bank of Delano, Star West Chevrolet – Honda Sports, Delano City Hall, Delano Herald Journal, Coborn’s, and at the chamber office.

This event is open for everyone to attend. Happy hour (saloon) begins at 6 p.m. with the meal being served from 7 to 8 p.m., featuring catering by Red’s Cafe of Montrose.

The event is hosted by the Delano Area Chamber of Commerce Task Force to promote business in local communities.
