A kingdom for all nations

“Jesus sent forth 12 disciples, saying to them, ‘Go and preach, the Kingdom of heaven is near.’” Matthew 10:7

An artist was painting a picture illustrating these lines of a hymn: “Around the throne of God in heaven, thousands of children stand.”

After days of work, she completed the picture. Exhausted, she fell asleep.

During the night, she heard a noise. A stranger was repainting her picture.

“Stop!” she shouted. “You’re ruining my picture.”

“It’s ruined already,” said the stranger. “I’m trying to save it by painting the children’s faces different colors.”

Then, she awoke. She realized that it was Jesus who had spoken to her in the dream.

God’s Kingdom began in Palestine, like a tiny mustard seed; but he intends his followers to spread it to every nation and every race.

What is one way I spread God’s Kingdom?
