Marysville to have dust coat sign-up
Marysville Township residents will have the opportunity to sign up for dust coating Tuesday, May 18 from 6 to 8 p.m., and Saturday, May 22 from 9 to 11 a.m. at the Marysville Township Hall.

Cleanup day for Marysville Township will be Saturday, May 1 from 8 to 11 a.m.

At the March township meeting, the board renewed a conditional use permit for dog boarding.

Watertown Twp. to have special meetings this spring
There are three special meetings coming up in Watertown Township, all of which will take place at the Watertown Township hall, at 3580 County Road 10 North, Clerk Ann Bruner reported.

The first one is a public hearing Monday, April 12 at 7 p.m. regarding 2030 comprehensive plan chapter approval.

Monday, April 26 at 7 p.m. there will be an informational meeting about possible reconstruction of one mile of Swede Lake Road in 2011.

The third special meeting will be a board of appeals meeting Monday, May 3 at 6:30 p.m.

At the April 5 regular township meeting, the board signed a resolution to donate voting equipment to a county in Wisconsin. Carver County staff will handle the donation, Bruner noted.

Camden Twp. orders road signs
Because of flooding, Camden Township had to order more “road closed” signs for when roads are underwater, Clerk Roger Sauerbrey said.

Also, the township had a public hearing about the 2030 comprehensive plan Thursday.
