Winsted Twp. has new info board
There is a new posting board at the Winsted Farmers Co-op Creamery on Babcock Avenue, Clerk Sharon Glessing reported. It has been installed on the east side of the building.

Also, the culvert at 220th Street (west of McLeod County Road 1) will be replaced.

The Winsted Township board has authorized the application of 500 additional yards of gravel. Additional gravel will be applied to the cartway on the north side of 207th Street, 220th Street, and Grass Lake Road north of Grass lake.

The township will be pursuing bids to remove brush from the right of way on 212th Street between Dairy Avenue and Cable Avenue, as well as on Grass Lake Road north of Grass lake.

The next Winsted Township meeting is scheduled for Thursday, Sept. 9 at 8 p.m. in the Vollmer room of the city hall.

Victor Twp. discusses 80th St.
Citizens have expressed concerns regarding the condition of 80th Street, east of Wright County Road 30, Clerk Sharon Glessing noted.

The Victor Township board discussed these concerns at the August Victor Township meeting. The ongoing concern is regarding four-wheelers affecting certain areas of the roads.
