Watertown Twp. winter policies
Watertown Township supervisors want residents to be aware of the township’s snow and ice policy that is in effect, which prohibits plowing, shoveling, blowing, or in any way depositing snow on any public highway or right-of-way.
Violation of these Minnesota statutes is punishable as a misdemeanor, according to Clerk Ann Bruner. In addition, the property owner and/or person dumping the snow could be liable should a civil lawsuit result.
