Quick Lane is the key to oil changes, brakes, and tires in DC
Jan. 21, 2013

Is it time for an oil change, new brakes, or tires?

Quick Lake at Holt Motors in Cokato can assist you, with its Ford-certified technicians.

QuickLane Manager Jerome Lindquist explained that the QuickLane department welcomes all makes and models, not just Ford vehicles.

QuickLane is different from the Holt Motors service department, and specializes in oil changes, brakes, and tires. It was developed by Ford in an effort to compete with the commercial fast lubes.

The nice thing about QuickLane is that if a vehicle needs additional maintenance or repairs, it can easily be transferred to the Ford Service garage, Lindquist explained.

For those who drive a Ford, Lincoln, or Mercury, their vehicle will be entered into a database, which can alert technicians of any recalls or warranty information that would benefit the customer. Also, with QuickLane comes “the best Ford parts department in western Wright County,” Lindquist noted.

Tires are also backed by Ford, which offers to beat any competitor’s price on the same brand of tires.

Batteries and windshield replacements are also available at QuickLane.

Daily specials

Quick Lane offers 10 percent discounts on service for veterans on Tuesdays, seniors on Wednesdays, and Thursdays for students and faculty from Dassel-Cokato or Howard Lake-Waverly-Winsted school districts, with their photo ID.

Other Quick Lane incentives include:

• Preferred customer cards – buy five oil changes and get the sixth free.

• No appointment required, though it is recommended.

• Free battery checks and tire tests anytime with no service required.

• A free hand car wash with any service.

• Additional specials for those who follow QuickLane Cokato on Facebook.
