When will Americans wake up?

Thus far, the government has sent out a stimulus with almost zero effect and the administration’s leading economist has now said that the stimulus will have no effect in 2010.

The government has sent stimulus checks to dead people, prisoners, and illegals.

They have sent Social Security checks to dead people.

They have run the Cash for Clunkers program, which helped only the car dealerships that supported Obama.

We have the $8,000 first-time home buyer credit and believe it or not, 4-year-olds have collected, along with 53 IRS employees and 3,000 illegals.

They now want to control the health insurance industry, even though Medicare and Social Security (government programs) are bankrupt. And, we have a new name for the health insurance bill – it is called the Opt Out policy or the Consumer Option policy.

They literally are making it up as they go. What state will opt out of the plan if the taxpayers of that state still have to foot the bill for the other states?

Busting private insurance companies and attaining single payer is the ultimate goal. All of that while the profit margin for the insurance industry is 2 percent and ranks number 35 on the list of profitability of major companies. I think it is time for the Democrats to quit saying that the insurance companies are making obscene profits.

On top of all of that, only 5 percent of Americans are concerned about health insurance, while 44 percent say “get the economy rolling first.”

It is time for the American people to stand up to the radical agenda of this administration and take things, one at a time, with positive reform.

The change that millions voted for has become a disastrous travesty.
