Festive Pumpkin Dip

12 ounces cream cheese softened

3/4 cup cooked or canned pumpkin

2 T. taco seasoning mix

1/8 tsp. garlic powder

1/3 cup chopped dried beef

1/3 cup sweet red pepper

1/3 cup chopped green pepper

1 can (2 1/4 ounces) sliced ripe olives, drained

Round loaf of Italian or pumpernickel bread

Fresh vegetables, crackers or corn chips

Combine cream cheese, pumpkin and seasonings until smooth. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Just before serving cut top off of bread and scoop out inside leaving 1/2 inch shell. Fill with cream cheese mixture. Serve with vegetables, crackers or corn chips. Makes 3 cups
