Hot Taco Dip
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
16 oz. shredded, cheddar cheese
1 small can chopped green chilies
1 package taco seasoning
16 oz. stewed tomatoes
1/4-1/2 cups chopped onion
1/2 cup sliced green olives
Brown hamburger, drain. Add taco seasoning, tomatoes, chilies, onion and olives. Heat in crockpot until warm. Five minutes before serving add cheese. Serve hot with chips.
Cold Taco Dip
8 oz. package cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1 package taco seasoning
Combine and spread in pan. Top with shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, onions, green peppers, and grated cheese. Serve with taco chips.
