4 burrito-size flour tortillas
6 oz. cream cheese, softened
4 green onions, finely chopped
8 oz. baked ham, thinly sliced
1/4 cup hot pepper jelly
In a small bowl, combine cream cheese and green onions. Spread evenly over tortillas. Arrange a slice of ham on top, spread with jelly. Roll each tortilla up tightly, jelly-roll fashion. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight so that rolls will be firm enough to slice.
Just before serving, unwrap tortillas and trim ends neatly. Cut crosswise into 1/2 slices.
Makes about 4-5 dozen appetizers.
