Apple Bundt Cake2 eggs 1 3/4 cups sugar 1/2 cup oil 2 cups cake flour 2 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. salt 4 cups diced apples 1/2 - 1 cup nuts, chopped 1/2 tsp. vanilla Beat eggs and add sugar. Mix well. Add oil, flour, soda and remaining ingredients. Batter will be thick. Spoon into greased and floured bundt cake pan. Bake 350° for 1 hour. Cool 15 minutes. Turn out onto plate. Butter sauce topping 1/2 cup butter 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup half and half Bring to boil, butter, vanilla, sugar and half and half. Serve warm on cake. |
