Brandy, Bourbon, Rum, or Whiskey Balls
2 1/2 cups finely crushed vanilla wafers
1 cup sifted powdered sugar
2 T. cocoa
1/4 cup bourbon, or your choice of liquor
1/4 cup light corn syrup
1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts
Combine crumbs, sugar, cocoa and syrup.
Form into 1-inch balls and roll in granulated sugar. Store in tight container. Allow to age 1-2 weeks.
