Butterscotch Cheesecake Bars

12 oz. pkg. butterscotch chips

2 cups graham cracker crumbs

8 oz. pkg cream cheese

1 tsp. vanilla

1/3 cup butter

1 cup chopped nuts

14 oz. can Eagle brand milk

1 egg

In saucepan, melt morsels and butter, stir in crumbs and nuts. Press half the mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 pan. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in milk, vanilla, and egg. Mix well. Pour into pan. Top with remaining crumb mixture. Bake 25-30 minutes in 375° oven. Chill before cutting. Keep refrigerated.
