Boo-tiful (Halloween) Cupcakes

Bake cupcakes in Halloween decorator bake cups

Frost with vanilla frosting tinted orange with food coloring

Sprinkle with chocolate decorator sprinkles

Melt 1 cup white chocolate morsels following package directions. Add 2 tsp. shortening, stirring until melted. Do not use butter or margarine. Spoon melted morsels into ghost shapes on wax paper. Use chocolate sprinkles for eyes. Refrigerate until firm. Almond bark may be substituted.

Stand one ghost in center of each cupcake.
