Buster Bars

1 pkg. Oreo cookies

1/2 cup margarine

1 jar dry roasted or Spanish peanuts

1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream

2 1/4 cups powdered sugar

2/3 cup chocolate chips

1/2 cup margarine

1 1/2 cup evaporated milk

Crush cookies. melt margarine, mix together. pat into 9x13 inch pan. Put in freezer until hard. Slice ice cream onto crust. Cover with peanuts. Return to freezer. Bring to boil powdered sugar, chocolate chips, margarine, and evaporated milk; boil for 8 minutes. Stir constantly. Pour over rest. Keep in freezer.
