Caramel Pecan Bars

Melt 32 caramels with 5 T. cream in microwave or double boiler.

Mix together

1 1/4 cup flour

1 1/4 cup oatmeal

3/4 cup brown sugar

1/2 tsp. baking powder

1/4 tsp. salt

3/4 cup melted butter

Press 3/4 of crumb mixture into bottom of greased 9x13-inch pan. Bake 10 minutes 325°.

Sprinkle with

8 oz. butterscotch chips

1/2 - 1 cup chopped pecans

Top with melted caramels and remaining crumb mixture.
