Double Chip Cookies3/4 cup creamy peanut butter 1/2 cup butter-flavored shortening 1 1/4 cups brown sugar 1 egg 3 T. milk 1 T. vanilla 1 3/4 cups flour 3/4 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 cup peanut butter chips 1/2 semisweet chocolate chips In mixing bowl, cream peanut butter, shortening and brown sugar. Add egg; mix well. Stir in milk and vanilla. Combine flour, soda and salt. gradually add to creamed mixture. Stir in chips. Bake 350°, 7-9 minutes on ungreased baking sheet. |
