Frozen Mochaccino Bars

Chocolate Cookie Crust

9 ounces chocolate wafer cookies, process into crumbs

1 T ground cinnamon

4 T butter or margarine melted

Combine cookie crumbs, cinnamon and butter. Pat 1 cup evenly onto bottom of 9x9 inch glass baking pan. Freeze 15 minutes.

Ice Cream Filling

1 qt. coffee flavored ice cream, softened

Use plastic wrap to eliminate air pockets.

Spread remaining crumb mixture evenly over ice cream. Freeze 15 minutes.

1 qt. vanilla ice cream, softened

Use plastic wrap to eliminate air pockets.

Freeze 4 hours. Let stand at room temperature 10 minutes before serving.

Makes 16 servings.
