Frozen Peanut Butter Cups
1 cup whipping cream
1 jar (7 to 7 1/2 oz.) marshmallow creme
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
Chocolate curls for garnish
In small bowl, whip cream until stiff peaks form. In large bowl, beat marshmallow creme, cream cheese, and peanut butter until smooth. With rubber spatula, fold whipped cream into peanut butter mixture or use mixer on a very low speed.
Line 8 - 12 muffin cups with fluted plate or foil baking cups. Spoon mousse mixture into cups. Cover and freeze at least 3 hours or overnight.
Garnish with chocolate curls, if desired. Serve.
