Graham Cracker Bars

2 sticks melted butter

1 egg slightly beaten

1 cup powdered sugar

1/2 cup evaporated milk

1 cup chopped walnuts

1 cup coconut

1 box graham crackers with 1 cup finely crushed graham crackers

Bring first four ingredients to a boil. Cook one minute, stirring constantly. Add walnuts, coconut and crushed graham crackers. Spray 9x13-inch pan with cooking spray. Line bottom with whole graham crackers. Spread evenly with filling. Top with another layer of graham crackers.

Icing

1/4 cup melted butter

1 cup powdered sugar

1/2 tsp. vanilla

1/2 T evaporated milk.

Combine until smooth and spread evenly on crackers. Cover and refrigerate 24 hours. Keep refrigerated or freeze.
