Pumpkin Pecan Cake

1 pkg. spice cake mix

1 cup canned pumpkin

1/2 cup cooking oil

1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding

3 eggs

1 tsp. cinnamon

1/2 cup water

1/2 cup chopped pecans

Combine all ingredients, except nuts. Mix thoroughly. Fold in pecans.

Pour into greased and floured bundt cake pan. Bake 350°, 40-45 minutes. Cool in pan 15 minutes before turning out onto serving plate. Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
