Pumpkin Streusel Squares
1 3/4 cups flour
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup white sugar
1 cup cold butter or margarine, cut into pieces
1 cup chopped nuts
15 oz. can pumpkin
14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. salt, optional
Preheat oven 350°. Grease 7x12-inch baking dish.
In medium bowl, combine flour and sugars. Cut in butter or margarine until crumbly. Add nuts. Reserve 1 cup crumb mixture. Press remaining into bottom of pan.
In large mixing bowl combine remaining ingredients. Mix well. Pour over crust. Sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture. Bake 55 minutes or until golden brown. Cool. Serve with ice cream or whipped topping. Refrigerate leftovers.
