Pumpkin Pie Bars

1 yellow cake mix, reserve 1 cup

1 egg

1/2 cup margarine

Pat into greased 9x13-inch cake pan

Beat 2 eggs and add

2/3 cup evaporated milk

3/4 cup white sugar

1 cup pumpkin or leftover squash

1/2 tsp. vanilla

1/2 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. ginger

1/2 tsp. cloves

1 tsp. cinnamon

Pour over crust. Mix together the following:

1 cup reserved cake mix, 1/4 cup butter, 1 T cinnamon

Sprinkle on top. Bake 45-50 minutes at 350°.
