Vanilla Wafer Crumb Cake

1/2 cup butter

1 cup sugar

1 1/2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs or graham cracker crumbs

1/2 tsp. baking powder

3 eggs

1 cup pecans, chopped

1 1/3 cups coconut

Combine butter and sugar; beat in eggs; add dry ingredients. Pour into greased round cake pan. Bake 325° for 40 minutes. Cool. Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped topping.
