Chocolate Zucchini Cake

2 1/2 cups flour

1/2 cup cocoa

2 1/2 tsp. baking powder

1 1/2 tsp. baking soda

1 tsp. cinnamon

1 tsp. salt

Mix together and set aside.

3/4 cup butter or margarine

2 cups sugar

Cream together until light and fluffy.

Beat in

2 eggs

2 tsp. orange juice

2 tsp. vanilla

Add dry ingredients alternately with

1/2 cup milk.

Stir in 2 cups shredded zucchini

Bake in greased and floured bundt pan for 1 hour in 350° oven.

Optional: frost with vanilla powdered sugar frosting
