Bailey's Irish Cream

(Two to pick from)

14 oz. sweetened condensed milk

5 oz can evaporated milk

1 1/2 cups whiskey or brandy

1 T. vanilla extract

1/2 T. instant coffee dissolved into 2 tablespoons water

1/4 tsp. almond extract

1/2 tsp. coconut extract

1 T. chocolate syrup

Blend coffee mixture together with the rest of the ingredients in a blender. Refrigerate. Shake well before serving.

1 pt. whipping cream

14 oz. condensed milk

1 cup brandy

3 eggs

1 tsp.. vanilla

1 1/2 T. chocolate syrup

1/3 cup rum

Blend for 30 seconds. Makes 1 qt. Use pasteurized eggs if possible.
