2 1/4 cups flour
1 T. sugar
3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 cup milk
1/3 cup butter or margarine melted
Mix dry ingredients, add milk and stir slowly until dough becomes sticky.
On lightly flour3ed surface, roll into a 8x12 inch rectangle. Cut in half length wise. Cut each half into 16 strips.
Dip each in melted butter and place in a ungreased 9x13 cake pan.
Bake 450° for 15-20 minutes or until lightly brown.
Options: Sprinkle with garlic salt or powder, Italian seasonings and Parmesan cheese before baking. Good served with spaghetti, chili, soup.
