Chocolate Mint Pie

9-inch vanilla or graham cracker crust

1 1/2 cups crumbs

1/4 cup sugar

4 T. butter or margarine

Press into 9-inch pan. Bake 375° 10 minutes.

Filling

1/2 cup butter

3/4 cup sugar

3 eggs, use pasteurized eggs if necessary

2 sq. baking chocolate

1 bar German chocolate

1 tsp. mint (not peppermint)

 

Beat eggs until fluffy. Add butter and sugar, beat.

Melt chocolate.

When cool, add to egg mixture.

Beat Pour into cool, prepared crust.

Refrigerate.
