Chocolate Lovers Cheesecake

Crust

1 cup chocolate wafer crumbs

1/4 cup margarine melted

Combine and press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.

Preheat oven to 400°

Filling

3 pkgs. (8 oz.) cream cheese softened

1 1/4 cup sugar

8 oz. sour cream

2 tsp. vanilla extract

1/2 cup cocoa

2 T. flour

3 eggs

Beat cream cheese and sugar until blended. Add sour cream and vanilla; beat well. Beat in cocoa and flour. Add eggs, one at a time. Beat until blended. Pour onto crust.

Bake 10 minutes. Reduce to 250° and continue baking 40 minutes. Cool on wire rack. Remove side of pan.

Drizzle

1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

2 tsp. shortening

Melt together in microwave and drizzle over cheesecake.
