Double Chocolate Layer Cheesecake

2-8 ounces packages cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 tsp. vanilla

2 eggs

3 squares semi sweet chocolate, melted, cool slightly

9 inch, ready to use chocolate flavor crumb crust

Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with mixer on medium speed. Add eggs and mix until blended. In one cup of the batter stir in melted chocolate.

Pour chocolate batter into crust. Top with plain batter. Bake 350° for 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate overnight or three hours.
