2 cups crushed Oreo cookies
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup milk
1 (7 oz) jar marshmallow creme
2 cups heavy cream, whipped
Few drops peppermint extract
Few drops of green food coloring
Combine Oreo crumbs and butter. Divide into half. Add half of the crumb mixture to make a pie crust.
Press this mixture into a 9 inch spring form pan. Chill. Gradually add milk to the marshmallow creme, mix until well blended. Add extract and food coloring. Mix again.
Fold in the whipped cream. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs and freeze until firm.
