Two 8 oz. pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
3 T. butter
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 pkg. Girl Scout Thin Mint cookies, about 10 oz., crushed
4 cups whipped topping
3 cups milk
Combine cookies and butter. Reserve 1/4 cup for topping. Press into 9x13 inch pan. Chill. Combine cream cheese with one cup topping. Spread over cookie mixture. Chill 15 minutes.
Prepare pudding with milk and pour over cream cheese mixture. Chill one hour.
Top with remaining whipped topping and cookie crumbs.
