Peanut Butter Pie

9-inch graham cracker pie crust, prepared

Layer 1

1/2 cup chocolate chips

1 T. margarine

2 tsp. water

1/4 cup powdered sugar

Combine ingredients all ingredients except powdered sugar in small dish. Microwave until slightly melted. Stir in powdered sugar. spread over the bottom and sides of the prepared graham cracker shell. Refrigerate.

Layer 2

8 oz. cream cheese, softened

1 cup creamy peanut butter

1 cup sugar

1 T. margarine or butter

1 tsp. vanilla

In a large bowl, whip together the above ingredients. Fold in 12-ounce container whipped topping. Spoon into crust.

Garnish

1/2 cup chocolate chips

1 T. margarine

2 tsp. milk

1 1/2 tsp. corn syrup

Microwave until slightly melted and stir together. Drizzle over the top of the cream cheese layer. Refrigerate. Serve very small portions.

Peanut Butter Pie

Two 8 oz. cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter

8 oz. whipped topping

Prepared graham cracker or chocolate cookie pie crust.

Beat together cream cheese, sugar, and peanut butter. Fold in whipped topping. Pour into crust and freeze. Garnish with grated chocolate.
