Rhubarb Dessert 5 cups rhubarb 1 pkg. raspberry gelatin 1 cup sugar 3 cups miniature marshmallows Yellow or white cake mix Layer in order in 9x13" pan. Mix yellow or white cake mix according to directions. Spread on top of rhubarb. Bake 350° for 45-60 minutes. For a 8x8" or 9x9" square pan, use 1/2 recipe and a Jiffy cake mix.
