Red, White, and Blueberry Pie

4 squares, 1 ounce each, white baking chocolate

8 whole fresh strawberries, halved lengthwise

One 8-inch prepared, graham cracker crust

3/4 cup sliced fresh strawberries

8 ounce package cream cheese, cubed

3/4 cup powdered sugar

3/4 cup cold milk

One 3-ounce package instant white chocolate pudding mix

1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

1 cup whipped topping

Melt white chocolate, stirring until smooth. Dip halved strawberries halfway in chocolate. Place cut side down on waxed paper.

Spread remaining chocolate on sides and bottom of prepared graham cracker crust. Arrange sliced strawberries (without chocolate) on bottom of crust.

In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Gradually add milk and pudding mix. Beat well. Pour over strawberries.

Add blueberries to center of pie and chocolate dipped strawberries to the edge. Add or pipe mounds of whipped topping between the berries. Refrigerate until serving.
