Red, White & Blue Triffle
1 pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1 cup fresh strawberries (garnish)
1 1/2 cups whipping cream
1 lg. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 cup milk
1 pt. sour cream
1 angel food cake
Whip cream to stiff peaks and set aside. No sugar please. Combine sour cream, pudding and milk. Whip until thick. Fold in whipped cream.
Break angel food cake into small pieces. In large glass bowl, layer cake, fruit, and pudding, repeating layers twice. Cover and chill several hours or overnight. Top with fresh strawberries. Serves 15 to 20.
