Strawberry Cream Pie

Filling

8 oz. cream cheese, soft

1/4 cup powdered sugar

1 cup strawberry slices

1 cup whipping cream

1/4 cup sugar

1/2 tsp. vanilla

Dash of nutmeg

9-inch graham cracker crust

Combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and nutmeg. Mix until blended. Mash 3/4 cup strawberries. Stir into cheese mixture. Whip cream with powdered sugar until stiff. Fold into cheese mixture. Fold remaining 1/4 cup strawberries into cheese mixture. Spoon into crust and chill overnight.
