Barbecued Chicken

1/2 cup onions

1/2 cup water

1/2 cup catsup

1/2 tsp. lemon juice

2 T. cider vinegar

1 1/2 T. worcestershire sauce

1 tsp. salt

1/4 cup brown sugar

1 tsp. dry mustard

1/2 tsp. paprika

Bring to boil and simmer 5 minutes.

Select chicken and boil until tender. Drain. Transfer chicken to a covered container. Pour barbecue sauce over chicken and refrigerate overnight or up to three days. Grill chicken over medium coals. Chicken skin may be removed prior to grilling.
